Job description

Overview We are seeking a specialist resource with hands-on experience in Microsoft Planner (Planner 5) to assist with the implementation and configuration of the tool across a portfolio of projects.

Key Responsibilities Support and assist with the implementation and configuration of Microsoft Planner (Planner 5) Analyse current implementation challenges and recommend practical solutions Configure Planner 5 to support portfolio-level reporting Enable improved demand vs capacity management insights Work closely with PMO and business stakeholders to understand reporting requirements Provide guidance, documentation, and knowledge transfer to internal teams Ensure solutions align with Federal Government standards and governance requirements Required Skills & Experience Proven experience implementing or supporting Microsoft Planner / Planner 5 Strong understanding of project portfolio reporting and planning tools Experience supporting demand and capacity management use cases Ability to work independently and deliver hands-on implementation support Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills Mandatory Requirements Active NV1 Security Clearance Ability to work on-site in Canberra Experience working in a Federal Government environment (highly regarded)

8-12 years
